Dr. Oglesby-Odom has been working with us since 2019 when Dr. Janice Phillips invited her to be an external reviewer with the Rush review group. When Dr. Oglesby-Odom took on her current role at Advocate Trinity in 2020, she began the process of creating her own review group with her leadership team, modeled after Rush’s. To date, she has written 13 reviews herself and has helped us connect with 22 nurse and healthcare leaders at Advocate Trinity. Like the Rush group, this group covers a variety of nursing and health care administration specialties.
