The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) is the world’s largest organization of food and nutrition professionals, representing more than 112,000 nutrition and dietetics practitioners. AND aims to improve the nutritional well-being of the public, supported by the academic expertise of its members and a respect for the history of food- and science-based professions. 

Since our previous profile, AND has sent us 20 titles, 16 of which have been reviewed. Five AND titles are listed on Doody’s Core Titles 2023, including a new title, Pocket Guide to Neonatal Nutrition, 3rd Edition, Hodges (AND, 2023).
