Kyle Theine has served as Editorial Review Group Chair in Radiologic Technology since May 2015. In the past four years, we have sent him 33 books and he has organized reviews of 31 of them – more than we requested! Although he has reviewed some of the books himself, he has called on 13 different reviewers to evaluate the books.

Mr. Theine received an undergraduate degree in Radiologic Sciences from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with affiliation to Froedtert Hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin School of Radiologic Technology, earning the credentials of Registered Radiologic Technologist. After graduation, he became a Certified Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist working for both Froedtert Hospital and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.

In 2011, his career shifted focus to education when accepted the role of Clinical Coordinator at the Froedtert School of Radiologic Technology. In 2013, he attended the American Society of Radiologic Technologist’s Leadership Academy for Educators. He completed his MBA in Healthcare Management at Columbia Southern University in 2014. In 2015, he assumed his current position as Program Director for the Radiology Program and is the Imaging Leader overseeing the Nuclear Medicine/PET Technology Program as well as other CT and MRI Imaging Internships.

Mr. Theine has served on the Wisconsin Society of Radiologic Technology Board and is currently an accreditation site visitor for the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology. In this voluntary role, he travels to schools of radiologic technology across the country to help ensure a quality education is being provided to the next generation of imaging professionals.

He also has volunteered with Adaptive Sportsmen, a group with the mission of providing recreational opportunities in the outdoors for physically challenged people.
