This is our first profile on the family medicine specialty, a field that Doody’s has gathered titles for since its beginning in 1993. Here we’ll be looking at the data from 2020 onward, as that marks the arrival of our current Editorial Review Group Chair in Family Medicine, Dr. Rick Kellerman. Since 2020, we’ve received nearly 200 family medicine titles from a variety of different publishers. What’s more, Dr. Kellerman and his team of over 100 reviewers have reviewed almost every single book they’ve received, a feat that is one of a kind.
