The third installment of our 2024-25 Doody’s Special Topics List series explores the realm of LGBTQ+ health. This broadly defined category covers a full spectrum of healthcare topics, including primary care, mental health, reproductive health, aging, and much more. The books on the list highlight healthcare needs for transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse patients, including intersectional perspectives such as Two-Spirit people, queer people of color, and autistic transgender individuals.
