This is an update of a Publisher Profile we published in 2018. You can read the original profile here.
The Joint Commission is an independent, not-for-profit organization, as well as the oldest and largest standards-setting and accrediting body in U.S. health care. Joint Commission Resources (JCR) is the affiliate publishing arm of the Joint Commission, providing quality improvement solutions to healthcare institutions in order to improve patient safety and quality of care.
Since our previous profile, we’ve received 140 titles from them and have published reviews for nearly a third. Seven JCR titles are featured in Doody’s Core Titles 2024, including the latest versions of the Comprehensive Accreditation Manual for Home Care (CAMHC) and Standards for Behavioral Health Care and Human Services.
