Founded in 1973, Guilford Press is an independent company with a wide range of publications. Their vast array of mental health, social and behavioral science, and clinical psychology books have contributed greatly to Doody Enterprises over the years. Since our last profile in 2015, we’ve received 1,600 books from Guilford Press, and have reviewed over 500 of them. Doody’s Core Titles 2022 features eight Guilford Press titles, four of them listed as Essential Purchase Titles for Clinical Psychology. Guilford Press is also greatly committed to online accessibility – seven of the available eight DCT titles are also accessible as ebooks.
