Over the last 12 months, we have received 68 titles in Dermatology from 12 publishers and have published reviews of 29 of them, with another 11 currently out for review. Most of the titles we received were published by Jaypee Brothers and Springer. In contrast, the majority of the 17 Dermatology titles on Doody’s Core Titles 2014 were published by Elsevier, Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, and McGraw-Hill, although those are books published in prior years. With their reliance on good color art, Dermatology titles are expensive, with more than half of the titles we received priced over $100.00. Prices of the books ranged from $23.54 to $379.99, with an average price of $142.13.
