Over the last year, we have received 23 titles in the Advanced Practice Nursing specialty. Of those titles, eight reviews have been published with three awaiting publication. The books, sent from 11 different publishers, range from $25.00 to $183.95, with an average cost of $88.76. Doody’s Core Titles 2022 includes 23 Advanced Practice titles, including Advanced Practice Nursing: Essential Knowledge for the Profession, 4th Edition (Jones & Bartlett Learning, 2021), by our very own Advanced Practice Nursing Editorial Chair, Dr. Susan DeNisco. Four of the DCT titles were selected by librarians as Essential Purchase Titles, including Hamric and Hanson’s Advanced Practice Nursing: An Integrative Approach, 6th Edition (Elsevier, 2019) and The APRN and PA’s Complete Guide to Prescribing Drug Therapy 2022 (Springer Publishing Company, 2022).
